Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

 

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. However, in case you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • An expired product

  • You received the wrong product

 

To be eligible for a return or refund, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at godvelifoods@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-9011115678 with:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Order details, and

  • An unboxing video of the product

  • Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

    This helps us take swift and appropriate action.

2. Refunds

 

After verifying your issue, we will:

  • Offer a replacement of the product, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

 

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after Dispatch

  • Product disliked due to personal taste preferences

  • Delivery delay due to courier partner or natural circumstances

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Minor variations in texture, color, or taste (as our products are handmade)
