1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. However, in case you receive:

An expired product

You received the wrong product

Clear photos of the issue

An unboxing video of the product

Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
This helps us take swift and appropriate action.
2. Refunds
After verifying your issue, we will:

Offer a replacement of the product, or

Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Change of mind after Dispatch

Product disliked due to personal taste preferences

Delivery delay due to courier partner or natural circumstances
